Refund Policy

At TaxBridge, we strive to provide quality professional services and maintain client satisfaction.

General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of services provided and the stage of work completed.

Consultation Services

Completed consultations are generally non-refundable due to the time and professional resources invested.

Prepaid Services

Refund requests for prepaid services may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when work has not yet commenced.

Partially Completed Services

Where work has already begun, refunds may be reduced to reflect completed work, administrative expenses, and professional time invested.

Client Cancellation

Clients wishing to cancel services should notify TaxBridge as soon as possible.

Service Dissatisfaction

Clients who are dissatisfied with services are encouraged to contact us directly so that concerns can be reviewed and reasonable solutions considered.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 10 to 15 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied when:

  • Services have been completed
  • Required information was not provided by the client
  • Delays were caused by the client
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
